Due to current social norms, more and more individuals are reporting problems with the muscles and spine, Ranging from neck pain due to overuse of smartphones ie “text neck” to lower back or lower limb aches and pain, not only amongst the older generation but also amongst the younger generation.

Apart from the obvious aches and pain, the above, if left untreated can cause problems such as headache, dizziness, shortness of breath, and even the onset of diseases especially as the body weakens with age.

To strengthen muscles and spinal health, we employ proprietary techniques of Long Shi, combining: -
